 1 avocado
 2 cups coconut milk
 2 cups ice
 1 tbsp erithrytol or monkfruit sweetener
 2 tbsp lime juice

Place all ingredients into a blender. Secure lid and run blender until all ingredients form a smooth mixture.

Pour into glasses to serve. Freeze leftover mixture into avocado popsicle molds.
