This stuffed meatballs recipe is the perfect addition to your low carb dinners! This is one of those healthy dinner ideas that you need to permanently add to your cooking rotation.

 2 lbs ground beef
 1 mozzarella cheese
 ½ cup almond flour
 1 large egg
 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp dried oregano

Preheat oven to 400°F

Place all ingredients except almond flour in a mixing bowl

Using a mesh strainer, sift the almond flour into the mixing bowl

Mix all ingredients together evenly, using your hands

Cut the mozzarella cheese into equal size chunks

Patty out a small amount of the meat mixture in your hand

Place the cheese cubes in the middle of each and roll sides to cover the cheese completely

Place meatballs on a baking sheet with a silicone baking liner and place in the oven

Bake for 25 Minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through

Remove from oven and gobble down!
