What is a fat bomb? A fat bomb is a quick high-fat snack which helps you stay in ketosis. It’s a tasty treat used by those on a keto diet.

 250 coconut cream/nut milk
 1 tbsp tahini
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 50 ml bone broth
 34 kale leaves
 1 Sachet choc ketones
 6 walnuts
 1 tbsp toppings - coconut, petpitas, chia etc

Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until the ice and the nuts have pulverized – 10-20 secs
