 5 oz Spring mix
 1 cup Blueberries
 ½ cup Walnuts
 ½ cup Goat cheese
Blueberry Vinaigrette
 ¼ cup Olive oil
 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
 3 tbsp Blueberries
 Powdered erythritol
 Sea salt
 Black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

To make the dressing, puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
