Lose Belly Fat Smarter – African Mango

My-Way-to-Use-African-Mango-to-Control-My-Belly-Fat

For many years people have been searching hard on the solution of losing belly fat effectively. There are too many theories, knowledge, and advice from many people on the internet. And all these information have been very overwhelming, and sometimes can be confusing.

When it comes to training and exercises, it is very important to ensure that the fat burning process still carry on even after the training. It does not bring much value if the fat burning process only happens during the training or exercises. If this is the case, I would have suggested to everyone to quit their job and workout/training 24/7. However, here is the problem. Not everyone has the long free time to train for a long period of time in a day. Especially when you are in a busy schedule everyday, you hardly have the time to engage yourself in long duration of exercise. You need to have a short duration of exercise that triggers your muscle groups and triggers the fat burning hormones even after your training. That’s why it is very important to ensure that the fat burning process happens even after you train.

In this new era of the world, even lose weight need to be in a smarter way. If you still follow the old traditional way of losing weight, that is to jog or run on a treadmill, you are going to have a hard time in losing weight. It is because those old traditional ways of losing weight burn very few calories in your body. Instead, you need to focus on exercises that can provide a sudden-shock to your muscle groups so that they in turn will trigger the fat burning process.

Here’s the big secret in losing the belly fat: One day, I saw one of my co-workers who had a very good shape in the kitchen making a smoothie. I saw him add something to his smoothie and was curious what it was. I asked him and he told me that it was something called ‘African Mango’. He showed me what it was and how he took it. It was from that morment, I started to get interested in using African Mango. My belly fat went down a lot after I used African Mango for about one month. So today I would like to share with you how I use African Mango to get rid of belly fat: ( African Mango on Amazon http://amzn.to/2gXTIQf )

First,

you need a blender, the more power the better. I like the one that you can directly throw the fruit in without chopping it. If you do not have a large powerful blender, you can go to Amazon and buy one, I put the link bellow for you to check out. Remember, no matter what kind of blender you buy, make sure you buy those with large flat bottom containers, do not buy the kind that has a long and narrow bottom.

Second,

you need some fruit. Any kind of fruit will be fine. I usually use different fruits every day for variety. For this blog, I used three big tomatoes, plus a piece of ginger.

Finally,

you need a bottle of Liquid African Mango. African Mango is the hottest natural diet food this year. It was found that African Mango can control appetite and transfer fat into your body’s energy*. There are many kinds of African Mango products available on the market now, but my colleague told me he has used a lot of them and he thinks the liquid African mango works better for him. I also bought several brands and I am listing  two of my favorites here for you to look at.

Add 10 drops of African Mango to the prepared smoothie. Then add some of your favorite stuff on top that you like. I like Chia seeds so I added Chia seed every time but it is really up to you what you use.

I put the tomatoes and the ginger into the blender and added a little bit water and blended them together very well.

Here I have to mention that you should not expect fast results like some of the other weight loss programs claim. I think that gradual and slow weight loss is a healthier way to go. Remember that the most important thing is to stick on your plan and you will see a very pleasing change to your body.
