Green Sauce Power Breakfast

This Power Breakfast Recipe is super easy to prep and make and it's so practical. This is one of my favorite quick and easy breakfast ideas, especially when I am on a ketogenic diet.

INGREDIENTS:

You’ll only need a few simple ingredients to make this tasty recipe. The exact measurements are included in the recipe below. If you need to prepare more servings just click on the servings number and select the right amount so you can get the correct ingredients.

 1 cup Baby spinach
 1 pinch Salt & Pepper
 1 cup Parsley
 5 Garlic clovesMedium
 5 tbsp Hemp hearts
 1 cup Olive oil
 5 Slices bacon
 1 cup Arugula
 2 Egg
 20 Asparagus tips

DIRECTIONS:

For Green Sauce mix arugula, olive oil, parsley, garlic cloves, baby spinach, hemp hearts in a blender and blend until smooth

Arrange bacon sliced into rings and place the bacon in the oven at 325 F and cook for 7 Minutes

Tuck 3-5 asparagus tips into each bacon ring, crack two eggs in between them, and add green sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for another 13 Minutes

Remove from oven and serve
